  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in new, unused condition.

  1. Initiate a return by accessing the "My Orders" section in your account dashboard.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts to submit a return request.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions via email on how to return the item(s) to us.
  4. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  5. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Retain proof of postage for your records.
  6. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify their eligibility for a refund or replacement.
  7. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement within the specified timeframe.

Refund Timeline:

  • You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the item(s) to us.
  • This timeframe includes transit time for the return package to reach us (5 to 10 business days), processing time for us to inspect and process the return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).
